What is kkot?
kkot (꽃), meaning flower in Korean, is a Seattle-based skincare brand born from a family's collective health struggles and a deep commitment to healing through science and nature.

Our journey began as Holistody, a brand originally founded by John to bring holistic wellness solutions to a wider audience. However, as John's father, Heung, deepened his research and formulations, it became clear that his expertise and vision should shape the brand's future. With this shift, Holistody evolved into kkot, focusing on science-backed, natural skincare solutions designed with care and integrity.

Our lead formulator, Heung Lee, blends the principles of Eastern medicine with modern skincare science to create well-balanced formulations. Every product undergoes stability and compatibility testing to ensure consistency, safety, and optimal application. To maintain ingredient integrity, we produce our skincare in small, controlled batches using low-heat processing, helping to preserve the natural properties of our carefully selected ingredients.
