Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for a full refund under the following conditions:

  1. Time Frame: You may request a return within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

  2. Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, the products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals and labels intact.

  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when requesting a return.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: In your email, include the following information:

Your full name

Order number

Date of purchase

Reason for the return

  1. Await Approval: We will review your request and notify you of its status within three (3) business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining a copy of the shipping receipt for your records.

 

Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the products are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. It may take longer to reflect in your accounts, please allow the appropriate time that your bank requires to reflect on your statements.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety policies, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

  2. Gift Cards: Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  3. Promotional and Clearance Items: Products purchased as part of a promotion or from our clearance section are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the items and will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
